​- Players cannot enter the Touch Rugby competition if they are under 18 years of age on the 10th June 2021
​- Players cannot enter the rugby 7s competition if they are under 19 years of age on the 11th June 2021

- Maximum squad size is 15 players (not including staff)

- Once registration is complete, each team will receive a 20% discount code to share with fans - this can be used on all ticket types!

Super-social (first time players) - 2 pools of 5 teams (10 total)
Social (casual players) - 2 pools of 5 teams (10 total)
Serious (regular players) - 2 pools of 5 teams (10 total)
Super-serious (playing to win) ​- 2 pools of 5 teams (10 total)
​Touch rugby teams must not be single-sex. Failure to enter a mixed side may result in points being deducted and possible competition disqualification.
​Match Officials 
Trained Touch Rugby referees will be provided for all competitions
​Competition structure, rules and regulations will be confirmed prior to the competitions

Levels/competitions: 4 competitions with 4 pools each (4 teams in each pool) - a total of 64 teams

ADDED BONUS!

Entering any of the Rugby 7s Competitions qualifies teams for FREE entry into the Touch Rugby competition (Friday night) with 
opt-out option at registration

Depending on number of qualifying teams that choose this option at registration - Brighton 7s Festival will either:

Diversify squads with teams of the opposite sex who have opted-in to the same Touch Rugby Competition
OR
​
Create a separate league consisting of teams also playing Rugby 7s across the Saturday/Sunday

Pick a name and who’s in your squad (maximum 15 players for all competitions) - staff need to individual tickets seperately

SPEED ENTRY/EXIT without a Car (NOT AVAILABLE FOR 2021)
Want to get in and out quickly without a car?
Buy the "Bus Pass & Speed Entry/Exit" ticket to get you in front of the festival queues
To comply with covid regulations, bus passes are NOT available in 2021

  • A festival return bus pass with pick-up/drop-off at selected locations*
  • A queue-jump when arriving and leaving the festival

  • Shorter waiting time when entering the event (collect your festival wrist band at the bus pick-up point)

  • Bring a valid ID to confirm your age
  • If you’ve got vehicle parking, we’ll need your number plate/car registration 
  • If you have a speed entry/exit pass check the exact pick-up/drop-off locations and the bus schedule to avoid missing your ride!
  • Illegal substances are strictly prohibited
  • Bags will be checked at entry
  • Dress up and have fun!

Are you Under 18?
  • You can not enter any rugby competition if you are under 18 years of age on the 10th June 2021 (for Touch Rugby competition), or on the 11th June 2021 (for Rugby 7s competition)
  • U18s do not have access to the Music Arena, sorry!
  • U18s camping is not permitted
  • Valid ID will be required to gain entry into the event
