We are very excited to welcome any non-UK based teams to our festival, as we host teams that represent the true rugby spirit. Brighton is famous for being an amazing host city for overseas travellers, and we look forward to providing a great time for all touring sides. Team size: Maximum 12 players per team.
Number of staff: Unlimited. Teams per squad: Maximum 4, but can not play in the same competiton (i.e. 2 sides from the same squad can not compete against each other at any time). Number of matches: Each team will play a minimum of 5 matches (3 in their pool, plus 2 in the play-offs & finals). Laws: Matches will be played according to the most recent Laws of the Game Rugby Union 'Law Variations - Sevens' as outlined by World Rugby. |
Ages: All players must be at least 18 years old on the day of their chosen competition. Early-Bird Prices £55 per person per day OR £75 for a weekend ticket either as a member of rugby team staff or as a squad member. Discounts available: (contact us for details) E.g. Conference tickets discounts for Directors of Rugby, Heads of rugby, coaches and staff; plus general discounts for fans and supporters available. |

2. Once submitted your team application will be evaluated, and you will be on a reserve list unless otherwise contacted.
3. Teams selection to play in the competiton is at the discretion of Brighton 7s Festival, and is based upon answers provided in the form submitted.
4. If selected to play at the event, a member of the Brighton 7s Festival team will reach out to you to progress your application.
5. Team entry will only be confirmed once payment is received by Brighton 7s Festival and your team agrees to the Event Terms & Conditions (sent with invoice).
6. Tournament regulations, structure, and schedule will be confirmed before the event.
