If you have a bought a parking space and will be dirving via the M23/A23, we advise against driving onto London road (in order to join the A27 westbound)
Mill Road (which is parallel to waterhall, and is the vehicle access to Brighton 7s Festival) will be one way (closed westbound) and is only accessible at the (Devil's) Dyke Road/A2038 end To avoid congestion on London Road, we suggest arriving via Devil's Dyke Road How to do this is explanied below |
Directions: 4 steps
- If going northbound on the A23 (leaving Brighton), skip to Step 2
- If going eastbound on the A27 (from Worthing), take the Hove (A2030) exit to join Mill Road from Devil's Dyke Road
- If already going westbound on the A27 (from Lewes), take the Hove (A2030) exit to join Mill Road from Devil's Dyke Road. Do not take the London/ Brighton/ Gatwick (A23) exit onto London Road
STEP 1 - Southbound on the A23
Step 2 - Northbound on the A23
Step 2
- Take the first exit onto the A281 (Henfield), before the Texaco Services
- Keep left, taking the first exit over the roundabout (passing the Texaco Services on your right)
- Continue along the A281, and take the first exit at the roundabout onto Saddlescombe Road (signpost Devil's Dyke/ Saddlescombe)
- Continue straight, passing Devil's Dyke Road on the right (these roads merge later on)
Step 3 - Devil's Dyke Road
Step 3
- Continue straight onto Devil's Dyke Road, and you'll soon see Brighton 7s Festival on the left!
- At the first roundabout, continue straight, take the second exit onto the bridge (which crosses over the A27)
- At the second roundabout, keep left and take the first exit onto Mill Road
- Mill Road is one way, and is the access road to Brighton 7s Festival
