Brighton 7s Festival has created a new initiative to engage its audience, customers, and partners, preparing for the event’s launch
Festival Director, Ben McNamara, explained: “A lot of gratitude goes out to the individuals and groups who have supported this event throughout its journey. After a review of the festival’s strategy from the past few years, it’s now time to ask our supporters what they would like included at the event, what matters to them most, and where new opportunities are to challenge convention.”
As new plans are developed for the event, various opportunities for customer feedback will be shared on social media and through the direct-mailing list.
“Creating an event that is both entertaining and purpose-led is at the core of Brighton 7s Festival’s mission to unite the spirit of rugby with the spirit of Brighton” McNamara added.
